Blush Gin was born through experimentation with various spirit infusions - some successful, others not quite hitting the mark! After much trial and error, they arrived at the realisation that rhubarb imparted a truly unique and delicious flavor that perfectly complemented the gin. The very first batch of Blush was created in a 500ml jam jar!
Thankfully their batches are slightly bigger now ...
