How much are tickets and where can I buy them?

Adult tickets are $15 and children 13 and under are $5.
Tickets are sold at the door only (no presales). The ticket booth is located in the foyer of the Arena.
Cash and Eftpos are accepted.
Credit cards and Paywave are accepted; surcharge applies.

Is there a SuperGold cardholder entry discount?

There are no discounts for SuperGold cardholders to this event.

Do I have to pay to bring a small child?

The child's ticket fee is waived for small toddlers and babies.

Who is exhibiting at the Tauranga Food Show?

The exhibitor list is now live. Check back - it grows as we get closer to the show!

Where do I park?

Parking is free, and there's heaps of it! We have parking attendants on hand to show you where to go.

What is included in my general admission ticket?

Shop your way around over 150 exhibitors and food trucks, watch the free Live Cooking Kitchen sessions, enter to win the Epic Backyard BBQ Prize Pack, take advantage of the free parcel minding service and bags at the door, and enjoy a great foodie day out.

How do the Beverage Masterclasses work?

Attendance to a Beverage Masterclass is $20 on top of your entry ticket fee, paid on the day. Spaces are limited, so avoid disappointment by reserving a space in your favourite Masterclass to ensure we save you a spot.

I'm going to a Masterclass, do I need to buy a ticket at the door?

Masterclasses are only available to visitors who have purchased an entry ticket into the show - these are purchased seperately at the door.

Can my child come into a Beverage Masterclass with me?

Beverage Masterclasses take place in an exclusive R18 area, you will not be permitted to bring your child into this area.

Is there anywhere to sit down and eat?

There are food trucks located outdoors at the show with plenty of seating available. You can also access the Foyer Cafe in the Arena Foyer.

I've bought so many tasty treats, I can't carry them all ...

There is a Parcel Minding Service at the Info Desk, and it's totally free! Just bring us your stuff and we'll look after it. We promise we won't taste it, no matter how tempting.

Is the show suitable for children?

You can absolutely bring children, just keep in mind that the Tauranga Food Show is a busy setting so it may occasionally be cumbersome getting around with a pushchair.

Are there ATM facilities?

Mercury Arena Baypark does NOT feature an ATM. However, there is a cash out facility near the Info Desk, and almost all exhibitors have Eftpos facilities at their stands.

Is there Wi-Fi available?

Mercury Arena Baypark features public Wi-Fi. It's free, and you don't need a password to access it.

Are there wheelchairs available?

Yes - ask at the Info Desk. There are limited numbers available, so it can be helpful to book them in advance by calling Bay Events on 07 576 0513.

Can I bring my dog (or other pets)?

Excluding service dogs, Mercury Arena Baypark is not a pet friendly venue.

I'm in hospitality. Do I get a free ticket?

The Tauranga Food Show is a public, ticketed event - there are no free passes for industry staff.

Who organises the Tauranga Food Show?

The Tauranga Food Show is organised by Bay Events Ltd. We are also the organisers of the Tauranga Home Show and BOP Home & Outdoors Show.

I've received an email saying I can buy your attendees list.

This is not a genuine email. It is a scam and not associated with Bay Events or the Tauranga Food Show. We do not sell or share our email lists.
The scammers do not have the information they are claiming they will sell you. Do not engage! Run away!
